Ingredients: 1.5 Kg Chicken wings; .5 tsp sesame oil; 2 tbsp lemon juice; 2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine; ¼ cup soy sauce; 2 tbsp brown sugar (or honey); ¼ cup tomato ketchup; 2 tbsp hoisin sauce; 2 tbsp oyster sauce; 2 tbsp sambal oelek (or Sriracha); 4 cloves garlic; 1 tbsp Ginger (finely chopped or minced); ½ tsp chinese 5 spice; finely chopped shallots; sesame seeds; fresh coriander; fresh chilli (finely sliced)
