I’ve run one of the UK’s most successful and longest running home restaurants and have cooked for famous chefs such as Raymond Blanc, Mary Berry and Tom Aitkens. I’ve appeared on several TV shows, been featured in a fund-raising celebrity cookbook and currently present a weekly recipe on BBC Radio Oxford.
