Ingredients: 4 tbsp olive oil; 2 tbsp honey; 1 tbsp whole grain mustard; 1 tsp chopped rosemary fronds; 2 tsp dried oregano; 12 chipolata sausage; 1 red onion (cut into 8 wedges); 1 courgette (halved and cut into half moons); 1 small aubergine (cut into chunks); 100 g mushrooms (torn in half); 4 tomatoes (quartered)
