Ingredients: 500 g cooked dark chicken meat (shredded); 1/2 tsp Chinese 5 spice (optional); 1 jar hoi sin sauce (you will some leftover); pinch dry chilli flakes (optional); 1/2 iceberg lettuce (shredded); 1/2 cucumber (cut into matchsticks); 8 spring onions (shredded lengthways); 4 tortilla wraps
