Name: Sausage Stuffed Butternut Squash

Ingredients: 1 butternut squash; olive oil for drizzling; 80 g sage and onion stuffing mix from a box; 200 ml freshly boiled water; 1 onion (finely diced); 200 g sausage meat (or sausages with skin removed); 1 tsp cumin; 2 tbsp harissa paste

Two halves of butternut squash are filled with a crumbly, golden brown stuffing and baked on a metal tray. The stuffing appears to include grains and vegetables, giving a textured appearance.
