The Ideal Film & TV Location
1a Ducks Walk was a dream to film in! It’s rare to find a space that is large enough to host a good amount of crew and equipment, whilst still holding the aesthetic of a realistic family home, and this location delivered on all fronts.
One of the reasons film and TV production companies are attracted to 1a Ducks Walk (outside of its ample size) was how well the location is dressed. The house consists of beautiful furniture and decor that compliments any location filming making the decision to use Ducks Walk as a location for filming a no-brainer.
Additionally, the gorgeous garden and private patio make it easy to light through windows with space to place a generator far enough from the house so crews can shoot sync sound with no problems. The property is gated so production teams can feel confident knowing their kit is safe.
As if that wasn’t enough, the view along the river at lunch is a real treat for everyone on set!
Nick was a dream to work with every step of the way and made the process straightforward. If you want a gorgeous home and an easy filming experience, I can’t recommend this location enough.
